Go to any activity.
Click on the HR tab
On the top right is the HR curve, where you can add a date range for the last 365 days (yellow in my example). The max will show on the left side of the curve (second screenshot).

You can also easily add a custom plot with “Max HR” on the /fitness page:

With both of these methods you need to check that Intervals.icu hasn’t clipped the heart rate data for the activity. It detects spikes over your configured max HR and flattens them. If that happens there is a note above the activity trace charts and a marker on the calendar.

That was my first option, to use the chart, but found it hard to see the max effort without having to hover over each point.

I discovered the HR duration curve accidentally and have used it since.

Then your ( @david ) chart made me think, “what if I use the filter option”, like this. Now it’s easier to see the dots above 180
