What is going on with my fitness chart?

I have been tracking my fitness chart for the last couple of months specifically and in all that time my CTL (fitness) had peaked around 80.
My form has dipped into the red on just two occasions for a day or two at the most.
I have had 4 days off the bike and flown overseas and done one ride today and returned to look at my fitness chart and it has completely changed, now it Peaks at 99 and it shows my form in the red for long periods of time, it bears no resemblance to how it did when I last looked at it. I have a screenshot of it here but sadly nothing to show how it was, but something is wrong.
I have not adjusted any settings afaik and my FTP is the same as it was, so what is going on?

any ideas?

I can’t see anything wrong and I haven’t changed how any of that stuff is calculated. Switching between form as absolute value or percentage does change things a little but not massively.

I noticed your calendar is all blue. You can colour activities based on load, intensity etc. by going to Options → Colors.

Thanks for looking David, I am really stumped as to what is going on because Im pretty certain I have not been that deep and prior to arriving in Mallorca the chart has significantly changed.
