What does this mean? [Google PMC Chart]

Hello,
I’m new using Intervals.icu. Can you explain how this Fitness / Fatigue / Form works? What does the colors green, red, yellow, green, grey mean?

Are there books, pdf, videos or any place to understand all these parameters of Intervals.icu and use them in training?

Intervals.icu tracks your Fitness (long-term training load, green), Fatigue (short-term tiredness, red), and Form (how fresh you feel, yellow/green/red). Form equals Fitness minus Fatigue: green means you’re rested and ready, red means you’re worn out, yellow is in-between, and grey means not enough data.
