What does the voice Transition mean in my fitness chart?

What does the voice Transition mean in my fitness chart? According to my chart I am currently in a transition zone but I have no idea what that means. Could some please explain it to me?

The orange “Transitional Zone” is typically only entered at the end of the season when in the Transition period. The only other times you may unfortunately find yourself in this zone is when you have an extended break due to injury or illness. In other words, this is the zone of little to no training. It’s very safe, but fitness is also very low.

Of course, this is all very subjective and you should pay attention to how you feel.

Ahh that makes more sense now. I have been ill for roughly two weeks so that makes sense!
