I’m doing power-based structured workouts using a Garmin watch and Stryd footpods. I’ve disabled auto-lap, relying on the structure of the workout for intervals.
When a workout syncs with intervals it looks like this and is missing the interval data (from last week):
When I manually import the FIT file from Garmin Connect, it looks like this with all the interval data (from today):
Any idea what causes the difference and if there’s something I can do to get all the data automatically rather than manually upload the workouts every time?
