I try to manually enter my weight training and even when estimating load I get (0). It is not part of my fitness and fatigue calculations even though I have that set to 100% in the settings. It seems this would be important for overall fitness and fatigue when combined with my daily cycling. Any ideas on how to get this to reflect better?
Calculate the strength based on the rpe, for example if the ultimate capacity is 10x120kg and you did 8x100kg today, you can manually set the load to 67. or you can set it to what feels right to you.
Of course, the load curve is basically a graph of your aerobic state, and it doesn’t make much sense for strength training to go into this algorithm. The fact is that data is just data, you feel tired, rest more

For Weight Training , i Just ADD and add The minutes and Load i give a value of RPE session (unfortunately is not possible to use decimals like 7.5) - Then after “Mark Done” , i use Feel and RPE again
