Weekly trainingload chart based on zone

Hi there,

I’ve been digging and trying to make a custom chart in the Fitness tab but cannot seem to get it worked out.

What i’d like to accomplish is make a chart where i can see my Training Load (TSS) for each week but this being divided in my Zones in which i’ve accumulated this work.

For example: in WK12 i’ve ridden 10 hours. This was good for a total Load of 500.

Then the chart will be 500 height and will be divided in 3 colours (Z1+2 / Z3+4 / Z5+). For example out of the 500 Load I’ve gained 200 while riding in Z1+2, 200 while riding in Z3+4 and 100 while riding in Z5+.

It might look “similar” to the graph i currently have which is hours ridden per zone. But in my opinion it will create a whole different dynamic. As I will clearly see week by week when i generated the most Load and if it was due to riding a lot in a high zone yes or no.

Anyone knows how to do this?

Unfortunately you can’t do this yet. Intervals.icu doesn’t store “training load by zone” for activities, only “time in zones”. Interesting idea.
