Is there an option to have a Weekly Total TSS target, which isn’t broken down per sport?
For example, Set an overall weekly target of say 500 TSS, which doesn’t discriminate between cycling, running, swimming, strength training etc? I am not training for anything specific and just want to train what I feel like on any given day, but… I still want to keep an overall CTL relatively steady.
