Warmup and recovery improvements on training sessions

I would like to be able to create progressive warmup and recovery steps:

Like

  • 10m from 160w to 210w

And it would generate the progressive interval, just like warming step in Zwift. Same for recovery, and it would be exported as such in Zwift (and other platforms).

Use the word ramp instead of from.
So like this:

  • 10m ramp 160-210W

In the workout builder, there’s an Add Step button that allows you to configure a number of options. The help on this is scattered across a lot of posts in this topic.

Once there, use the search bar top right corner and type add step topic:1163 @david to find all the references posted by David.

  • add step is the wording you’re looking for
  • topic:1163 is the topic/thread number in the hyperlink
  • @david will call up posts only from David
