I would like to be able to create progressive warmup and recovery steps:

And it would generate the progressive interval, just like warming step in Zwift. Same for recovery, and it would be exported as such in Zwift (and other platforms).
In the workout builder, there’s an Add Step button that allows you to configure a number of options. The help on this is scattered across a lot of posts in this topic. Workout builder
Once there, use the search bar top right corner and type add step topic:1163 @david to find all the references posted by David.
