Wahoo Sync Plan Issue

I’ve revoked and reconnect my wahoo accout several times. This feature was working perfectly for a years but i cannot see my training program since start of this week.

It may be a Wahoo issue bcoz i’ve uploaded the same file to trainingpeaks but still i cannot see that plan. :confused:

Do we have any bug report or ticket status or something about that?

Yes, seems the issue is in Wahoo side.
I’ve upload my plan to traninigpeaks, also attached a workout to Systm calendar but still i cannot see any of them.

My plan uploads from Intervals to Wahoo, I can execute the session but and it will upload to Wahoo Cloud, Strava, Training Peaks, but not back to Intervals. I need to export the .FIT from Wahoo and manually upload.
I’m repeating a training program I did a few weeks ago and this morning I noticed that the session appeared as synced in Wahoo’s cloud (no workout name for the activity), but wasn’t in Intervals. I refreshed the Wahoo app and the same session appeared that I had done 4 weeks ago at the top of the list, with today’s session showing as not uploaded anymore.

Are you seeing the same issue?

Things that Wahoo support asked me to do that haven’t worked:

• Deauthorize intervals.icu
• Uninstall ELEMNT app
• Factory reset computer
• Authorize intervals ICU through wahooligan.com
• Reinstall ELEMNT app
• Pair computer and test

Yes same here, and now they’ve delegated this issue to an internal team.

Yes exactly same thing here. And i’ve also tried factory reset Wahoo SYSTM sync, TP sync. None of them worked on my end. :confused:

Thanks for posting back Berkay, I was beginning to think that there was nothing I could do. My original bug post on the Intervals forum went unanswered, Wahoo support get back to me every 4-5 days and this thread seemed too quiet!

Hopefully now it has been recognised by Wahoo a fix might come around soon.

Ah yes me too btw. Let me share the whole communication between Wahoo Support and me. Maybe someone want to reach them also.

That’s great, I’ve referred my Wahoo support agent to this thread, hopefully they can work something out.

@BerkayDedeoglu I finally got a response from Wahoo after the obligatory few days wait. It is basically what you received but hopefully we’ll see a resolution soon.

Hi everyone - reviving this thread, as I’m new to intervals.icu and am having trouble synching my planned workout from my intervals calendar to my Wahoo Roam headset.

I’ve given intervals permission to upload planned workouts to Wahoo, granted and regranted permission, checked for it in the planned workouts section of the companion app, but nothing’s coming up. I’ve also tried moving my workout to the coming days rather than today, and made sure it’s the right time zone.

Would appreciate any tips on getting this to work - thanks!

Could be on wahoo side. You can try to upload a plan to TrainingPeaks, to see if it’s come through or not. Or try to create a simple workout within intervals with just one step, and see if this is working/uploading.

I connected with my Garmin Connect account, and the workout came up in my calendar, so this may be a Wahoo issue. I’ll try going via TrainingPeaks and see if that works

Success! I deleted the Element companion app, redownloaded it and reset up my Wahoo headset, and now the workout has appeared. Thanks for the support
