Wahoo bolt v2 bike ride doesnt show Hr auto intervals

Hi, when I record a bike ride with my wahoo bolt v2 paired with a coospo hr, the intervals aren’t detected, but if i record the same ride with my coros watch are detected right. Am I missing something in the configuration of the uploads?

which is coros and which is Wahoo? Can you check that you have auto-lap turned on on the device?

also, the HR sensor is the same one connected to BOTH devices?

the way the skyline chart works is it has to be able to detect intervals either based on power or hr

The top one is coros, the bottom wahoo. For coros I use is inbuilt heart rate, for wahoo a coospo hr armband, but the reading are basically the same. I manage to do a comparison between the workouts in the new link. I’m new to intervals.icu so i dont, know if it’s possible to directly share the workouts.

Edit: I have autolap feature active on Coros (1 Lap every 5k) but not on wahoo (i have to check for sure) , this could be the problem?

Yes. this is likely the issue.

based on the pic, your HR seems to be pretty stable through the workout. Hence, w/o manual / auto lap intervals will just regard it as one BIG interval w/o splitting it apart. Your HR needs to be of significance between each interval for intervals.icu to distinguish it apart.

It looks like there are no Intervals at all in the Wahoo file and the Skyline shows the Intervals.
You can have intervals defined in different ways:

  • Auto-detected from HR or Power. But from the screenshots I think there’s not enough difference to auto-detect by HR
  • From your devices LapButton
  • From a workout you’re following on a device
  • Manually edited in Intervals. Set mouse on a chart area and push the A key to add. Then drag the edges to edit.

Thanks to both of you! I’m still learning how intervals icu works, the ride was a long steady climb so the suffering remains the same from start to top :upside_down_face:

I’ll do some test on the next rides with sprits etc…
