VO2max intervals: FTP% target or HR target?

It’s from my Excel file I use for the annual training plan.

I personally programme vo2max sessions depending on the athlete (HIDIT, HIIT, Bossi…) I always use the power associated with the vo2max (PVO2max) and to analyse these sessions I check the time that has been above 90-92% of the FCmax and that meets certain requirements.
