Vo2max estimation

Anyone know of a similar test for running?

In my personal experience, the Cooper equations are pretty decent. Either run 1.5 miles or 12 minute all-out. Several US three-letter agencies use it as an index test.

This is a good paper to skim through.

Between measuring VO2max, Cooper test, and Apple and Garmin watche estimates…they’re all within about 5ml/min/kg for me.

Good enough for government work.

thanks very much, it this posible to show also at each trainingsaktivtät under power tab? there you can compare the 5sec till min but not vo2max.. that would be great and easy fast to compare
