Hello! I’ve been using Intervals.icu for the past year, and I really think it’s an amazing training tool, but I have a problem. The VO2 Max it measures for me (which I have as data on my fitness page) is for running, not cycling (which is much lower because I’m not a runner). Does anyone know how to change it so that the measurement is accurate?
are you getting this VO2max data as input from anywhere? Garmin perhaps or you’re referring specifically to the VO2max that is calculated by Intervals.icu?
If the value you are seeing is from Garmin, when you have both values in Garmin it will always only give the running value to intervals in the API.
There is a custom field that will pull the value from all activities (with 2 decimal places) that you can add to your activity view. It won’t be displayed on the calendar view, but can be on the list.
From an activity, press the ‘Custom’ button, hit the magnifying glass, search for VO2 Max, and select the one by Povedano or David to add it to your activities. Recalculate the activities you want it from.
When I search for “VO2 Max”, nothing is found as “activities field”.
Thanks!
