I’m based in the US and all of my athletes use imperial measurements, but I have one athlete who uses metric. Is there a way for me to display this single athlete’s data converted to imperial, so I don’t have to do the mental math?

I’m struggling with the same thing, I have one athlete in the US and all other from Europe, if I want to see the US athletes data I have to change in his profile to metrics. I think I can not change just my “view” to all metrics?

No, you can’t. It is a ‘per athlete/account’ setting.
The only workaround at the moment is, to create custom fields (activity fields, interval fields), which use a fixed system (either imperial or metric). Add them to your athlete, and configure your view to use these values / these custom fields instead of the default ones.
