View future fitness

Hello. I am very new to road cycling. I am going to try to do the Festive 500. So I am trying to figure out what’s the best way for me will be to finish it.
So can I load up any future events in intervals. And is it possible view see my future fitness, fatigue and form chart? Is that even possible if I plan a future event?
I want to see the stress and fatigue beforehand. So that I can prepare well.

You can add any workouts, plans, events/races you want and on the fitness page, you can extend the date range in the future to get an idea where your plan is heading you. You must however add ‘Load’ to your workouts to visualize the impact on Fitness, Fatigue and Form.
Here’s a screenshot of the Fitness page extended to June 2024: (use the date range and buttons to control what you see - I don’t have a specific plan, so in my case nothing is shown for the future)

Is There a way to Transfer my simple but fast xls plan into the icu calender?

Depending on how your plan is structured: more or less so


my plan is structured very easy
every row is one day
everything is calcualted in TSS related to functional threshold with the formulas for dr. coggan

if you support me i can implement this in intervalls.icu as planning feature in table view.

additional I can load a trainingplan for e.g
marathon, triathlon, grand fondo, city criterium, time trail …

this trainingplans are in a database and can be liked and added by every user
so you can choos plans sorted by likes.

with one click you would have a planning for the whole season.

i would implement this in intervals.icu if you support me!

i am working on it.
at the moment i am gernerating a online tool that stores plans in a database and then can be uploaded via API to intervals.icu so you can vizualize the plan in the fitness tab.
