Intervals.icu workouts creator is the one I like most. Also you can see how your week will be in terms of load and how the fitness curve will evolve. But:
When I upload it to GC (automatic option) it is only text which I can read in GC app as “Notes”, I don’t have the information of pace or HR on each phase on my watch. The only info that is kept is the time length of each lap.
My wife did some testing on her Forerunner 230 and she had to choose “instant HR” instead of the default (lap HR). Then the device told her the correct range and indicated that her HR was too low.

Anyway I think that yesterday doing some tests when I put hr=1s I did not have the graph on intervals.icu I will do some tests.
