Uploading powertap data?

I have been using my wired Powertap since 2005.

I used Trainingpeaks until I couldnt afford it, and have since used Goldencheetah.

What is the best way to get my data into intervals.icu ?
Is Powertap CSV?
Does Golden Cheetah produce a format that I can use in intervals.icu ?

You need to get the files from the PowerTap into .fit format, then you will be able to upload them into Intervals.icu. I think Golden Cheetah might be able to do that conversion:

Thanks David, that’s what I was hoping. I will give it a crack right now.

Golden Cheetah exports all regular fields in the FIT file but not the developper fields like HRV. Found that out when I was trying to crop a part for better analysis of dfa-a1. All HRV data was stripped.
