I connect my intervals.icu account to my Garmin account. I have given all the required permits. The wellness data was uploaded automatically from the Garmin platform. Unfortunately, the activities data is not.
How can I fix it?
I can see you have data going back to March 2021 but not before that. It is possible that Garmin have started restricting how much data can be backfilled. It used to be everything, then they asked me to make it max 1 year which I did.
Your best bet is probably to use the “Import All Garmin Data” button. What wellness data do you have on GC?
My mate Wiesław Fabjan have the same problem. His account was created today and he does not download activities data at all.
Thats annoying. I can see he has done everything right. I will investigate but likely there isn’t much I can do about it.

Ok. Please email me the link ([email protected]) when you get it before you upload. The file format is undocumented so I need to see what is in yours and add support for weight etc…
