Hey all.
have been signed up for a while but only recently a paid up member.
Looking at records, my all time stuff only goes back to like 2019.
Is there a way to upload my complete strava history?
cheers. Steve.

Did you try “Download old data” in the Strava section on the Settings page?
i hadn’t seen that. thanks.
I just tried this going back 1st Jan 2012 to April 2019.
I got a very small amount of data come back.
Does it take a while to load and show on fitness pages or something?
Have you used the option in Strava to get your training history, using the Bulk Export option? They will email you a link, then you can download the data and upload it here from the downloaded data.
Yes it does take a while to first find the activities and then analyse them. I picked a random Run from 2015 and it doesn’t look like there is any info on Strava? Is that a “manual” (not recorded) activity?
I can see lots of runs for 2018 up there but I assume maybe the issue was that I didn’t have a HRM then. Anyway its not really much use what has gone up but its only for vanity because that is the last time I was reasonably fit!!!
where on intervals.icu can I upload the downloaded strava data ?
On the Activities page, click upload. Then drag and drop the Strava data from the folder that contains the download files.
Hi, so is the only/best way to get a more complete history loaded is to export from Strava and load here? I tried to check the setting page to see how I could grab all Strava data and load. if that option exists natively, grateful if you could provide clearer location/actions steps to access/enable. Many thanks… really interesting service you are offering. Excited to dig in more!!
Option 1:
Become a supporter, then you can use the settings option to link your Strava account and upload more than 3 months. Non-supporters are limited to 3 months history due to Strava’s limit on data calls (through the API).
Option2:
Go to Strava and request a bulk download of your data. My download was about 550MB worth of data. I’ve used that to get data here from 2008.
Hi
If I download the entire training history from Strava (13 years), and upload it to Intervals by dragging the overall file, will the last workouts that are already uploaded to Intervals also be duplicated? Or does it recognize duplicates and automatically discard them?
Many thanks
F.
It should ignore the duplicates, but only where the source is the same. So if the original was Strava and the upload is Strava, it shouldn’t replace existing data.
magnificent!
…i just uploaded all my training history downloaded from Strava, but i don’t understand why on intervals it keeps showing me only until 20/0/2020 as before
As unsaid, now it has absorbed everything
It takes time, especially if you have a lot of data.
one last question, but the gps tracks of cycling workouts, don’t they show a small map?
You can Show/Hide the map with the map command at the bottom of the activity page.
Many Thanks
It is with great pleasure that I have become a supporter of Intervals.icu.
It’s been a few days since I learned about this portal, but they were enough to understand its great potential! Unlike others who offer much less and cost significantly more!
So I think it is right to support the great work of the developers.
Thanks and keep it up.
