Hmm. I made a dummy edit to one of your workouts and the upload kicked off. Have you made no changes to your plan in the last week?
That could have been it. I definitely saw updates on Wahoo after your dummy edit. Next time it looks like updates havenāt happened Iāll make a change and see if that gets things moving. Thanks again!

Does this happen to anyone else?
When doing a workout on a wahoo it also seems to create a new workout file.
Itās not the original planned workout (with a description and things) but a new file that details a bit more about how you skipped or redid certain steps (because of traffic etc)
Request:
- Remove this so it doesnāt double count load
- Potentially try to use the data in this to marry up the name of the interval to the lap intervals in i.icu. First thing I have to do in every workout is delete all the recovery laps.
Iām wondering if this is due to this setting. (tho I canāt find there being a ādefaultā setting where it can be turned on for all workoutsā¦ edit: Hereās the link. thereās a checkbox. My workouts donāt have the workouts embedded, so I canāt test it for you)
Thanks, I tried that and it seems to generate the original planned workout, not the actual outcome of it.
It does, however, have this option which was originally ticked so will see if that does what I want on Friday (next planned workout)
