Ok, this may be a bit complicated to explain. But what I wanted to know is has anyone found a brand/model of treadmill where you can build your workouts in intervals.icu, then export them and import them on the treadmill?
Say I build a workout like this (just a random example):
- 2 miles z2 pace
- 4 miles z4 pace
- 2 miles z2 pace
Then I download/export this as a file. Is there any treadmill out there where I can connect my bluetooth HRM (Coros in my case) and it will then built and run that workout automatically and adjust the speeds to keep me in the correct HR zone for the distance in the plan?
@sandeater is right! Be sure your treadmill will support speed changes over Bluetooth. Where are you based?
Unfortunately I have a NordicTrack today which while has good hardware, has complete garbage software.
I am in North Carolina, US.
After using AI to help answer this as well, it appears the Horizon 7.0 AT will do this easily, can anyone confirm that?
Qz handles also the nordictrack ones if you want with the companion app.
Anyway horizon it’s a great choice for this
If you have any information how to make this work with the NordicTrack ones, I am all ears. I have the Commercial 2450. I have tried everything so far, I can only make very basic custom workouts using the touchscreen right now, which is a major pain and doesn’t utilize my heart rate to adjust anything.
First of all share a picture of the ifit manual workout window on the treadmill so I can address it
Is this ths screen you are looking for?
You can automatically synchronise your Intervals workout with the affordable trainings-software from icTrainer.com. icTrainer then controls the treadmill (if compatible): icTrainer » Compatibility

Nordictrack has good hardware? You are the first real user that I am hearing that from.
I had 3 Nordictracks and all of them had lots of hardware issues. Now I have a horizon tread and zero problems (after about 1500km).
