Hi everyone, I’m from the Trainingload.ai team.
Over the past few months, we’ve been building Trainingload.ai, a tool for runners, cyclists, swimmers, and triathletes.
It’s not just another activity tracking app. The problem we’re trying to solve is that training plans, completed workouts, training load, and post-training feedback often live in different places. You might track activities on one platform, plan workouts in a spreadsheet, and rely on gut feeling to decide whether to increase load or recover.
Over time, it becomes hard to tell whether you’re actually improving steadily, or just adding more training volume.
That’s why we built Trainingload.ai: to bring your plan, activities, training load, and AI coach into one training loop.
Here’s what it can currently do:
- Create and manage structured training plans manually or with an AI coach.
- Link completed activities back to planned workouts, so you can see how well the plan was executed.
- Sync with platforms like Intervals.icu and strava, or upload GPX / FIT / TCX files directly. We’ll keep adding more platform integrations over time.
- Use PMC / CTL / ATL / TSB to understand fitness, fatigue, and form.
- Analyze endurance training data across running, cycling, swimming, and more, including heart rate, power, pace, thresholds, VO₂max trends, and best efforts.
- Use the AI coach to review activities, plan training, and suggest adjustments.
- The AI coach will not change your plan on its own. It shows you the proposed changes first, and you decide whether to apply them.
We think it may be useful for:
- People training for 5K, 10K, longer running races, cycling improvement, or triathlon.
- Athletes who want to manage training load instead of just chasing more volume.
- People who want to use AI to better understand their training.
- Anyone already using a watch, bike computer, or third-party training platform, but wanting a clearer view of long-term trends.
- People who don’t just want more charts, but want help answering: should I push, maintain, or recover?
- People using structured training to improve fitness, health, or body weight over time.
Trainingload.ai is currently in beta. After signing up, you’ll get 30 days of membership and 1 million AI tokens to try the product.
What we want most right now is real feedback from the community: what feels useful, what is confusing, and which training scenarios we haven’t covered well yet. We’d especially love to hear from runners, cyclists, triathletes, coaches, and anyone who already pays attention to training load.

If you’re training consistently and want your plan to be more than something you write once and forget, and your data to be more than just a record of the past, we’d love for you to try it.
Feel free to leave any questions here too. I’ll do my best to answer them.
