Training Zones and time in zone

Hi all, I’ve been thinking about the training zone categorisation and wondered if it would be possible to automatically colour or label and activity based on the efforts.

For example it would be useful to have my zone 2 rides one colour, threshold (sub ftp) intervals another colour and above threshold (vo2) another colour. That way it would be easy to see then if I was doing 4 easy days and 1 hard day per week. This is potentially better than using time in zone as the rest intervals between say a vo2 max interval session shouldn’t really be counted as zone 1/2 work. The time doing the whole session should really be counted as Vo2 max. This could then feed into %s in zones in the 3 zone model that would be more accurate possibly. For example if I do 2 days and the first day is 1 hr zone 2 and day two is a 1 hr vo2 max interval session. I would like to see time split by 50% z2 50% vo2 rather than the 90% z2 and 10% vo2 that counting time in the exact zones would show.

Just some thoughts and I wondered if others would find this useful.

You can do that by using intensity in the colour settings.

is it possible to add an color option to auto select red, yellow, green for completed workouts like in tp? red for not completed, yellow for a not perfect workout like maybe ±10% and green for within this. .

There’s compliance for planned workouts versus completed activities. But you can’t set the limits yourself.
Planned and completed are paired and the compliance number is displayed with a colour depending on the achieved load.
