I’ve been a user of intervals.icu for a few years now, it’s great and I monitor my training load, fatigue and form effectively. However, I also want to start correlating my training response to my training load. I had thought a simple metric like Efficiency / CTL could be a useful measure, especially if time averaged and observed over several months or a year. I can plot efficiency vs. CTL in the compare menu, but what I’m really looking for is a custom metric (Efficiency / CTL) vs. time (days).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this could be done?
My goal is to establish if there is a sweet spot between my training dose and response, instead of just ramping CTL week on week.
