Hi all,
started to try the training plan option. Planning is straight forward so far.
Now, after the first training today I am a bit confused about the numbers shown in the calender.
this is the view in the training plan:
pretty much the summary of the planned training
And this is the view in the actual calendar after today’s training (1h easy cycling):
It looks as if the completed training is somehow mixed with the planned.
e.g.: total hours, training load, zone distribution.
not sure on whether or not this makes sense. I would have expected to see the numbers of the completed training, as in the calendar view without a plan, and alongside a comparison to the plan.
Maybe I miss something or I have to adapt to that view.
It shows the total planned for the week assuming you are going to complete the workouts. Planned workouts in the past don’t count. As soon as you do an activity on a day, matching planned workouts don’t count.
The compliance number in the week summary view shows how well you are tracking against plan so far using training load (if available) or time otherwise.
thanks David,
now it is clear where the numbers/hours coming from.
The assumption is that what has been done so far and what is yet to come (planned), will result in these figures.
Is this an intuitive, logical view? Have to think about its advantages .
Any experience with this view?
