How do you track your supplement intake? I feel that it would help with retrospection to know when was I taking what and it would definitely make it easier to make sense of dynamics in blood work.
I’m thinking of adding notes but it seems a little tedious.
Would be nice to have a feature where I could add a checkbox to my calendar days where I could add custom values and then check them off. Ideally there would be some view where I can see statistics over the last month/season/year.
This sounds like something that’s achieveable using the current wellness fields.
Create a custom field for yourself and then track it using that field. If you have multiple supplements you want to track, create a field for each of them and (i’m not sure if it supports a true/false check) but can just use a 1 / 0
