Im trying to understand the totals tab but I’m not getting it. My HR is mainly Z1/Z2 and my Power is more or less the same but my combined zones = Threshold. The filters at the top change things massively and I’m not sure what’s the best way to have them set up or which filters to have included. ALL my last weeks say 5/6 weeks rides seem to come out combined Threshold but I’ve very little threshold work done this time of year. Any help appreciated.

The classification system combines zone 3 (tempo) and 4 (threshold) and you have been doing a lot of z3. That’s why your training is listed as “Threshold”. If you have only Z1+2 and Z3+4 and the Z3+4 is more than 25% of the Z1+2 then the training is classified as threshold.
Thanks for the reply. My HR is mostly Z1/Z2 though is there any way to have the system use just it or weight heavier the HR values. I notice adding tabs in the drop-down menu changes things a lot also but not sure what’s the best way to have these set.
