Total time difference

Since last week I noticed there’s a difference in total Time for a ride on Intervals and my Garmin. On intervals the rides are a few minutes (5 to 8m) shorter than on Garmin. NP also a few watts lower. But distance and average is exactly the same. Wondering what this can be about?

Can be caused by Auto-pause on your device or short stops. Intervals displays ‘moving time’ in the summary.

Still seems weird. The time difference doesn’t at up to the average speed and distance. Strava records more time than on my Garmin. Intervals shows less?

I have a similar issue that just happened. Normally, I complete my session outdoors, but this weekend I did an hour session indoors. My activity is complete in my garming, but when synced to intervals it only adds up some of the intervals and reduced that activity time. Any ideas on how I could fix this?

intervals has a ride time of 0:35:43, but actual ride time is 1:01:49.

Pretty sure that you forgot to turn off GPS.
Actions - Settings, ignore speed/distance would solve that.

Thanks @MedTechCD . I will try that on my next indoor session.

You can solve it now by going to Actions - Settings - Ignore Velocity data (not speed/distance as I said above…)

It should immediately take effect without the need to re-analyse.
