It would be great to see the total load for a day in the calendar view, especially when you have multiple activities during the day that could help understanding the total work.
I haven’t found a way to do so, if there is sorry for the churn.
Yep there is a way to do that - Options > Wellness > Load check box
Side note… Options > Fitness will allow you to add other things to the calendar view also - for example I have Total Work (Kj) shown daily
Thank you soo much! That’s amazing, i thought already there must be a way!
Please,
…even if I set load in the calendar view for each day, it does not show me the total of my three or various activities performed, but only the total of one. example:
On March 11th I performed three activities, and at the top of the calendar it considers the total of Rowing only (10):
then weight training indicates within it a load of (24)
finally Yoga load (1)
the total accumulation at the top of the day should be 35. but it does not consider the two activities beyond Rowing. This is also in the Fitness graph.
I would like to point out that the activities where I do not have power data, such as weights and other things, I have set them in the settings as priority HR, Power; Pace.
Why are these loads not considered?

the screen are in Italian, Carico is Load
Probably you have to set the Fitness value to 100% in the settings.
magnificent Thank you.
Now I have to understand well what values to assign between effort and fitness to each of my disciplines. In order to have a correct graphic representation of my state projection on the graphs and better orient myself on what I must or must not do to avoid ending up in the red zone
I read Friel post.
Now I’m starting to get more clarity.
Strength training with weights does not affect Fitness, but only Fatigue. However, Fatigue affects the progress of Form.
Now I have set all the gym activities as Fitness 0%, and Fatigue 100%, as they were originally.
I only have the doubt of how to set these two values for indoor rowing, since it is always an endurance discipline and based on the power expressed, of which I do not do too long sessions at the beginning of training in the gym, but explosive.
Maybe for rowing I should leave fitness 100% and fatigue% ??
It would affect cycling performance. It seems that as a type of performance it is considered complementary in some respects.
