Been a user of intervals and viewer of this forum for a long, long time but this is the first time I’ve created an account.
I’m Jake, I’ve been coaching and providing data analysis since 2016. For the last couple of years I have been building Topp Cycling, a broader training platform built to bring physiology, event demands, daily readiness, training, and nutrition into one system.
To show some of the modelling behind it, I’ve put together a free testing page.
Enter your best efforts, ideally from the last 90 days, and get a full physiological profile including VO2max, Anaerobic Capacity, threshold power, durability and fuel use across intensities.
You can then add planned training volume for the next 8 weeks and 12 months to see how that profile may respond, which is the part I think is often missing from standard testing reports.
All the models that power this page and the wider Topp app are built in house based on research, open source data and training data and experience I have collected over the last decade. We do use LLM’s but only to generate some text and power a chat function.
