[TODO] Add custom beats per minutes in workout

Add custom beats per minutes in workout. Right now you can only do % HR and Zx HR so add something like this:

  • 1h 125-141BPM HR

when played on garmin it would give alerts if you go below 125 or above 141 BPM

I do have this on the todo list but it is quite difficult to do. I designed the workout builder around percentages and zones to make workouts portable between athletes.
