Time Offset with Zwift

Hi everyone,

I have the following situation:
I create a workout in intervals.icu, this gets transfered to zwift, I do the workout, it is automatically imported to intervals with the option to use the laps of the imported file for intervals, but then when I look at the workout there is an offset in the time and the intervals dont fit the power data.
I suspect that the offset time might be the time which I am already in the Zwift world, but havent started pushing the pedals yet. The workout in zwift starts only when I start pushing the pedals, while after the import intervals.icu seems to think the workout started as soon as I entered the zwift world.
Is there a way I can fix this?

Thanks for your help!

Henning

The screenshot looks pretty well matched to me…?

How are you getting workouts to and from Zwift?

If activites from Strava and workouts via dropbox then you run the risk of strava privacy zones upsetting the start of the activities.
So make sure you have Zwift connected directlty

I have strava conntected directly. The offset is not big, the first intervall is 40s too short and then every interval starts and ends 40s early.

refer to the post above regarding strava privacy zones. This may be a reason for this offset.

It is always preferable to connect the source directly and not use strava unless needed.

thx, I just connected zwift directly und will see tomorrow if its works =)
