Time in HR zones is based on active/moving time?

I have a 2 hour tennis activity in Garmin which shows the following…

But in intervals.icu it shows the following…

It seems that intervals.icu is only counting the active/moving time of about 40 mins, not the total time of about 2 hours, when calculating time in zones. This results in the time in zones and total time in zones calculations being way off. So I want it to use the total time when making these calculations.

How to fix this?

Actions - Settings - Ignore velocity should do the trick.

That does not seem to have made a difference. Hmm.

Here are my settings…

You should press Action within the activity. Then settings and tick „ignore velocity“ as @MedTechCD said.
Don’t look in the global settings.

For future Tennis workouts, I would suggest to disable GPS.

Thank you, that worked!

But what is the purpose of ‘Ignore Velocity’ in the global Settings, then?

global settings are applied to FUTURE activites. Once you have this set, it would be used for next one.

ANy existing ones will need to do the reprocess / reanalyse within the activity
