Time and load target bar

This week a red time/load target poppep up in my calender. I stared using pre planned trainings so I think it is connected with that. But I planned 03:00 hours of cycling and already did 01:05 and now it shows 03:05/02:00.

Can someone explain to me what this is about? Thanks in advance.

This keeps confusing people and I understand because it is somewhat ‘unorthodox’.

The target is the sum of planned workouts and eventual week targets (this is the most confusing) for the week. So better not use both together and limit to one or the other.
The done is the sum of what is done in total + todays target (see below for more). If you do something outside of what is planned, it adds to the done and you will be over target.
If you have a workout planned for today, it adds to the done until midnight. If it is done and paired with the workout, it correctly shows the done. If it is done and not paired, it will count double until midnight. Once midnight, workouts not done are dismissed.
It all is quit confusing and your specific situation can only be understood when we get a view of what is planned, done and what eventual week targets you have.

Here’s a very basic overview of what @MedTechCD explained.
You will see how the net total changes based on different scenarios.
Today is Thursday, and there are three scenarios:

  1. You haven’t completed a workout yet:
It adds the actual in the past, planned for present and future.

  2. You’ve completed a workout, but it hasn’t paired.
It adds the actual in the past, planned for present and future and the workout completed (that hasn’t paired):

  3. Midnight comes, and now it’s Friday.
It adds the actual in the past, and the planned for the present and future.
