Testing Endurai: AI endurance coach that adapts when life disrupts training

Hi Intervals community — I’m testing Endurai, an AI endurance coach for runners, cyclists, and triathletes, and I’d really value feedback from people who already think carefully about load, fatigue, and missed sessions.

The problem we’re trying to solve is the familiar one: a static plan looks fine until real life happens. You miss a workout, sleep badly, stack travel/family/work stress, or come back from a race with more fatigue than expected. Endurai is meant to adjust the next sessions instead of pretending the original week is still correct.

What I’d especially appreciate feedback on:

- when an adaptive coach should back off vs. preserve the key workout

- which signals matter most to you: subjective fatigue, HRV, sleep, CTL/ATL/TSB, recent workout compliance, etc.

- whether an Intervals.icu-oriented workflow would be useful, and what it would need to do to be genuinely helpful rather than another AI novelty

Not trying to replace Intervals.icu analytics — I’m looking for sharp critiques from athletes/coaches who know where these tools usually fall short. If you try it, I’m happy to offer free access and would love blunt feedback.
