Tennis data not uploading to intervals from Garmin Forerunner 945

My tennis activity data is not uploading to intervals even though my running and yoga activities are. What could be the reason and how can this be resolved ?

I don’t see any errors for you in the logs. Could you please download the fit file from Garmin Connect and manually upload it to Intervals.icu. If that doesn’t work please mail the file to david@intervals.icu. Tx.

I’m not sure if @Raman_Nath made any movement on this, but I am experiencing the same issue. I had tennis on 9/27, 10/4, and10/7, none of which show up in my activities on intervals.

Hi @Christopher_Salinger. I still have the problem. I first tried to download the fit file, but gave up after some time. Please do let me know if you find a solution.

If you can download the original file from Garmin Connect and try upload it manually that would be helpful. If it doesn’t work please mail it to david@intervals.icu. I don’t see any errors in the logs for you.
