Activities tagged as Hunting/Fishing in GC get imported as Walk.
Maybe most importantly, Activities tagged as Other in GC get imported as Walk.
All of these should be put into the Other category, I suggest.

Activities tagged as Boating in GC get imported as Water Sport.
Activities tagged as Sailing in GC get imported as Water Sport.
Activities tagged as Canoeing in GC get imported as Kayaking.
If possible, I would be happy to have all the Garmin activity categories in intervals.icu for analysis, but that is not so important.
Currently boating and sailing do get “Water Sport”. I don’t seen Canoeing in the fit file sport or sub sport enums but Kayaking is there and mapped.
I had a look at your ATV file and the sub type is TRACK_ME. Anyone know what that is?
Track Me is a generic activity type on Garmin Watches. I guess for using in a car, bus, airplane, atv,…
It probably does not interfere with other fitness metrics (Garmin Forum).
I think, at the time I recorded the activity, my watch back then did not have a built-in ATV activity, so I used Track Me and then changed the activity type later in Garmin Connect.
I just recorded a realATV and Snowmobile activity with my watch.
Only the Snowmobile activity made it to intervals.icu. Also Strava did not accept the ATV activity and classified the Snowmobile activity as Workout
