Syncing nutrition data

I saw in the custom fields there’s kcal. I’m syncing mainly to garmin and trainer road. But since Garmin only syncs to MyFP for nutrition, there’s no nutrition data.

I used Chronometer for years. Currently using MacroFactor…..both were/are syncing to Apple Health.

Any ideas on how to sync my daily nutrition? Worst case I can bulk export than write a script to import to Intervals.

The usual Apple Health Path is

  1. HealthFit
  2. BreakAway (BreakAway: Indoor Training - Now Supports Apple Health Sync (To Intervals.icu))

However, if youre looking for macro and micros and such, I’m not sure if HealthFit supports it, but BreakAway only supports simple Calories / protein / carbs intake

The main macros would be nice. Fat, Protein, Carbs.

I’ll check these out!

Fully second that.
In fact, I have public custom (wellness) fields defined to track them and add them manually at this time:-o although carbs, fat, protein are originally recorded in Apple Health…

Thus every morning, I send stuff to i.icu using HealthFit and then manually add the three (plus creatine, but Health does not handle that to begin with).

@slizeray, could you possibly please add the daily syncing of macro nutritions (carbs, fat, protein) from Health to intervals.icu via HealthFit?
In addition to the “kcal consumed” that is synced already – I assume through HealthFit…

Hello,

I am adding support for Fat, Protein, Carbs in HealthFit. In the next update those metrics will be uploaded to Google Sheets.
Fat, Protein, Carbs will be uploaded to intervals.icu when it supports it.

@david, I have public fields for these (CHO, protein, fats and creatine) – but could you please add “official fields” to support this?
(Or actually make my field “official ones”;-)))

Some of that got done:
