Hi all, I’m kind new to this site and very overwhelmed with all the things that can be analyzed and changed an so on. I have a lot to learn how to interact with this site. Beside of the fact, that I can not find a way to add avg. heartrate to an activity, there ist one thing that I try to understand. Maybe you can Help:
I have automated synchronisation from Zwift and Suunto and uploaded many fit files from the past two years. Somehow, the data of the single activity differs from the data that ist shown in the original platform.
Two examples:
-
In Zwift my activity shows average power of 175Watts. In intervals it shows 135 and normalized power 172. I esume, that intervals has way more accurate calculations in the Background but the difference, from my Point of View, is huge.

Today, I did a gravel ride, tracked with my suunto watch for a test. Within the Suunto app the ride was 33.32km, 1:36:13h, avg Speed 20.8km/h.
In intervals the time ist cut to 1:31:47, which nearly Hits the time tracked with my daily tracker, BUT the average speed sticks to 20.8. This one I can not understand.
I tried to correct the data using “Action → correct Data” but the pop is not yet understandable for me ![]()
Maybe someone can explain this to me. I really appreciate any reply as I want to learn and get a better understanding of the data I see.
At Last: I hope my english writing is not to bad and you can understand what I wrote.
Typing this in a cell Phone with German autocorrect is driving me crazy.
Cheers
Markus
