Synching issues with Strava

Four of my five rides for this week did not synch from Strava. Two rides from Monday and two rides from Friday did not synch. However, my ride this morning synched from Strava to ICU. When I try to upload the rides using a GPX file, nothing happens?

You need to tick the “Include commutes” box in options:

I need to add a note on the screen (4 commutes not shown) or something. You aren’t the first person to get caught out by this.
