Feeling a bit stupit but I get this message every time i open the app. Does anyone know how to log out and back in again? on desktop/browser is it straightforward but in the app on my IPhone not so much.

It indicates returning to App Store, which Intervals.icu doesn’t have an iOS app.
They only use a web app.

Intervals has no official app so you’re trying to sync with a third party app and you need to give that app write permissions.
If the app is using webhooks it should /could receive changed permissions. So it can be enough to go to settings on intervals.icu > Apps > select this app > change the permissions
