Hi, I have two strava accounts and want to switch the connected one in settings
If I revoke access the message says my existing Strava data in intervals will be deleted. I don’t want this!
If I update permissions (with Strava logged into desired account in browser) I get the following error:

Is there any way I can change the connected Strava account?

Strava’s policy enforces deletion of all their data on linked software suites when you disconnect them. So, unfortunately there’s no solution. They can do this because the file forwarded by Strava is not the original workout-file but a manipulated one. They add/remove functionality to the FIT and thus can decide to do that.
You might want to try to find an export functionality from Strava or Intervals and export your complete history as personal archive that you can import once the other account is activated.
You can request your entire Strava archive in Settings/My Account. Scroll to the bottom of page and look for “Download or Delete Your account”. Click on Get Started, then Request Your Archive (option 2).
This can only be done on the Strava webpage, and not the App.
