Switching Load Priority Setting - Updating Historical Load Numbers

Looking to find out if there’s a way around this, I looked through a few of the
historical posts but I couldn’t find an exact answer to this …

I would like to reset all of my load scores for the season now that I’ve changed the
priority to go from HR/Power/Pace to Power/HR/Pace.

What I’m seeing now is that most of my workouts and loads are very low
because it’s using the heart rate measurement. Is there a way to auto update this across the current season?

Do you need to use the Update Activities button? When I started that it threw a warning that it was going to change all workouts back to 2018.

You need to re-analyse the activities to get new training load. Tick the “Keep existing intervals” box to keep those. You can do this in bulk on the activity list view:
