I just switched from Stryd Power to Garmin Power. I just need a quick solution on how to improve the switch.
Right now I just finished a very easy 3k run with HR easy in Zone 2, but the load from the run is 55.
My FTP for run is still based on the Stryd values:
However, I am not able to do a test with the Garmin Power at the moment, as conditions are very bad.
To get proper load values, would it be better to switch the training load priorities until I am able to properly implement the Garmin Power in my running?
