Switch from Stryd Power to Garmin Power

I just switched from Stryd Power to Garmin Power. I just need a quick solution on how to improve the switch.

Right now I just finished a very easy 3k run with HR easy in Zone 2, but the load from the run is 55.

My FTP for run is still based on the Stryd values:

However, I am not able to do a test with the Garmin Power at the moment, as conditions are very bad.

To get proper load values, would it be better to switch the training load priorities until I am able to properly implement the Garmin Power in my running?

Most probably yes. The load will e higher and thus not very indicative of your efforts.
You could change the loading to pace but have intervals estimate your ftp for running to ball park it for.a bit?
For a while I ran both Garmin and Stryd to compare and had different platforms set to each. As if there is not enough already going in my life to need more complications :crazy_face:
