Hard for me to tell what you mean, if you mean the start of the workout, you can set it in the settings:
No this setting say “Workouts created without a start time (or at midnight) for this sport are given this start time”.
I search an option or syntax in workout creator for:
4x
-50mtr z4 pace
but start every 1:05, swim and rest include. I don’t know if i’m clear sorry.
