I have been supporter via Stripe subscription and the auto payment from my credit card is still on. I once reset my intervals account and now seems I’m not regarded as supporter any more as there’s no purple star near my name.
I cannot find anywhere in website to cancel subscription and do it again. Could you help on this? Maybe just unlink the payment can help. My email is lvshihao#gmail.com.
Thanks. According to Stripe your subscription was cancelled on 23 Feb 2023 and the last time you were billed was 21 Feb 2023. That is the only customer I can find with your email address. It is also linked to your Intervals.icu user.
Did you ever signup with a different email? You certainly shouldn’t be seeing any Intervals.icu charges on your card.
