Subintervals - Mobile App for Intervals.icu data

Nice, clean and modern interface. Very user-friendly, one click setup
Would like to see some Power stats next to the HR stats.
Fast and intuitive way to add RPE and Feel.
I like it!

Still not seeing these in v1.2.0

Android

@Inakiarroyo This is really nice! If I could have the power curve at hand in some menu I will use it on every indievelo session when I keep forgetting how hard should I sprint…
Minor comments:

  • On the “Activities” screen you show “subtintervals” at the top, on “Fitness” you show “Fitness” and on “Profile” you show “You”, maybe I’m just stupid but I think it is not consistent (for sure it is not important).
  • In the “Profile page” you positioned the cog/settings in the purple zone, I think you could do something similar for the calendar on the “Fitness page” or with the order on the “Activities page”. Not sure if it will look good or not.

Those are my first minute impressions, good work!

Thank you for the suggestions :+1:t3:

Power curve tab is on my road map, just finding time to add it . I will add it soon :+1:t3:

Really nice app!
What i am missing is average watt an NP in the activity header. Or is it hidden somewhere?

You can see:

  • the distance with a :triangular_flag_on_post:(flag) icon below of the time and
  • the pace you can see it with a :rabbit2:icon (I might change it if people don’t recognised it)

Also, make sure you have selected the pace unit into the settings page for other activities or for those specific activities. Hope this help you!

My bad. I was looking for graphs not activity total and average.

Hi. Neat app. Loads quick too!

On Android, how do I select imperial units? That’s how I set it up in Intervals.
My cycling activity shows distance in km, and pace in minutes/km, I believe.
But at least for cycling, distance/hour is normal. With imperial units selected that would be miles/hour
And distance should be displayed in miles.
Cheers!

Just downloaded the app and I really like it.

Would it be possible to add gear to activities from the app?

One of the things that I want to do, but I often end up not doing, because it takes too many clicks, is track my gear use with intervals. Especially with running shoes. It would be great to be able to have that within Subintervals, I think it would be a quick and easy way to do that from the phone as soon as the activity is uploaded.

Thank you

@Inakiarroyo Amazing work my friend, this is awesome.

Maybe already on the road map but a few things that would make this exceptional and round it off:

  • Weekly summary/progress of load / Time / zones (helps with seeing where the week is at in training)
  • Ability to add workouts to calendar (this may be quite tricky - maybe Dreaming)
  • Have average speed shown (currently shows pace for rides)
  • Average power on the workout (extremely useful to view pair average Watts and HR)
  • Chapeau Counter (joke)

Amazing work and thank you!

Thank you so much for this new app!

Once in a while I have to force-quit the app to make it reload data, for instance it’s stuck on the day before. On iOS.

Other than that, it’s a great quick overview of my progress, thanks!

It is not possible at the moment. The app just display both in km. I will add support for displaying it depending on how the user has configured the unit in Intervals.icu.

Thanks for reporting it :+1:

Wow! This is REALLY nice work!

Thanks for making it happen.
Quick question (and i can’t seem to find if anybody else asked this) but is there a reason why the Speed curve is not shown? (you have power, cadence, HR, Altitude…)

Cheers and thank you again!

I haven’t implemented it yet, but I will add it too :+1: thank you for the feedback!

Cool app, thank you so much!

Are you planning to add preview for next workouts in calendar?

With every day intervals.icu become nicer and nicer, great!

Not for dispute or downplaying the convenience of this service. Have you tried using MainTrack (iOS only, unfortunately)? The most comfortable and user-friendly app for tracking gear wearing and its maintenance (for me)
