Custom streams with a Runn sensor

Hi, I use a treadmill for training for hilly ultra-marathons and it has a 40% incline but my Garmin watch does not account for the incline so the power is way off. I bought a Runn sensor Runn Sensor and now I can record the incline in the fit file, I made a custom stream with the power adjusted by the Runn incline but a few questions- can I use the custom stream for power?
