Stryd Metrics and Coros

Hi,
i am uploading from coros/strava the run activities.
Yesterday a did a run on a treadmill with stryd pod for the first time.
I can see the power recorded but there is no other stryd metric like vertical oscillation or something else, i tried every kind of shared charts.

moreover, if i try to show some stryd fields like this one

the result is a “?”

if i try to analyze the .fit files these are the data

Hi Daniele, use the generic custom streams, custom fields for VO, GCT, Vertical Ratio, create new custom streams/fields or modify existing ones for LSS, ILR and Air Power.

To modify a existing costume stream change the record field appropriately

An don’t forget to Reprocess the activity afterwards.

i activated these custom stream

but i don’t understand where i should see these data, nothing changed in my activity even after i reprocessed the file.

If your data comes from Strava, then the data won’t be available. (Strava strips this out)

ah ok, should i export the activity from Coros instead of strava?

Because i tried and i got the green message

but then the activity is not in my calendar

Go to Settings>>Connections
and check Download activities

every activities has strava-coros import

then i tried to delete my last activity (the one with stryd pod) and re import that one again only from Coros and this is the message i got

You have to in Calendar view, upload, not download the fit file.

oh ok, got it.

now it is appeared the stryd stride lenght

but i did check these

tbh i am more interested in power (got it) , vertical oscillation aka stride height (missing) , ground time (missing) , stride lenght (got it) , cadence (got it).
